Vevo Meets: Quiñ

QUIÑ calls her music “Fantasy Soul.” The phrase is sweet shorthand for the singer’s imaginative work, which is ultra-chill and surges with a sensuous flow. The LA newcomer first let her voice soar in church and high school choirs, which gave her the confidence to pursue a career in music. She started dropping tracks on SoundCloud three years ago and grabbed lot of ears in 2016 with a guest spot on G-Eazy’s “Think About You” and her debut EP ‘Galactica,’ QUIÑ’s latest head-turner is “Sticky Situation” (featuring Syd of The Internet), a sexy groove with triple entendre lines. It’s the teaser of her upcoming EP, ‘Dream Girl.’ In our Vevo Meets chat, she talks about spending her lunches practicing harmonies, Brandy’s first album, and the pride of completing a project.
