    I have been helplessly and hopelessly depressed for the last 20 years. I haven't been able to string together more than 3 days of happiness in that time. I have suffered enough and I have what is called Treatment Resistant Depression, meaning that there is next to nothing that will help my depression and my psychiatrist has to just guess as to what may help me and take away my suicidal tendencies. I am a borderline alcoholic and if I had the money and the stomach, I would definitely go out this way!
