Whenever I saw the scene that had this song in it, I can only think about Toy Story . It was like his yell of "OKAY!!" in that scene, along with Randy Newman just made it sound more like Woody.

Also, Toy Story came out one year later after Forrest Gump so I always like to imagine that the film crew somehow did this on purpose.
