    My favourite Leo Sayer track by a distance and one of my favourite songs EVER. I love its country soul feel and the emotion at its core. It is one of those songs that instantly transports me to the time, the place and the circumstances I was in when I first heard it. It was a much more innocent time, and the memories evoked are bittersweet in the extreme. In the years since, the tyranny of time, the fragility of life and the vagaries of health have imposed themselves on my family, my friends, my romantic relationships, and, of course, on me.

    Thank you Leo Sayer for bringing so many of these things back to my life one more time.

    Agree with all previous comments, a wonderful song that many other artists would have loved to have written and the falsetto voice during the song really gave it a lovely atmosphere.

    Leo Sayer was and is way underrated, I have always loved him and his songs, especially this and Moonlighting. A brilliant artist, better than any modern crap.
